Irdina, a Yayasan Tenaga Nasional (YTN) scholar and First-Class Electrical Engineering graduate from Virginia Tech, is known for her thoughtful approach and strong sense of purpose. She joined TNB in 2022, contributing to the Energy Transition Plan under the Strategy and Ventures Division, where she quickly built a solid foundation in project management through cross-divisional initiatives.

In just a few years, she has grown into her role as a Manager in the Sustainability Division, playing a key role in strengthening TNB’s ESG performance. Her work bridges global best practices with internal strategy, supporting leadership discussions and ensuring TNB’s sustainability efforts remain credible and impactful.
