Muhammad Arif Fikri Za’imuddin, or Arif, is known for his positive, approachable nature and passion for improving customer experience. A graduate of the University of Southampton, he joined TNB after being inspired by its digital transformation journey at a career fair.
Since then, Arif has grown alongside TNB’s own transformation, from early involvement in large-scale business process automation to his current role in Digital Strategy and Performance. He has played a key role in shaping TNB Retail’s digital strategy and strengthening customer engagement through data-driven initiatives.
Driven by a strong interest in Customer Experience (CX), Arif focuses on using data and digital solutions to enhance how TNB serves its customers. Today, he continues to contribute to major transformation efforts aimed at building a smarter, more customer-centric energy experience—bringing both innovation and a human touch to his work.
