Wazer, a Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) alumnus, began his journey with TNB as an Electrical Engineer in hydro projects, building a strong technical foundation in power generation. Known for his friendly and outgoing nature, he quickly formed strong connections across teams and stepped into leadership, heading the Best Practices, Innovation and Productivity unit to champion new ideas and continuous improvement.

He later expanded into IT and Corporate Communications at TNB Renewables, where his creativity brought TNB’s renewable initiatives to life through engaging digital content. His passion for sharing knowledge also saw him actively involved in talks, forums and outreach efforts, becoming a strong advocate for renewable energy within and beyond the organisation.

Today, Wazer continues to grow his impact by exploring HSE and ESG, strengthening his role in supporting safer and more sustainable practices. Driven by a genuine desire to connect people and contribute meaningfully, he remains committed to supporting TNB’s journey towards a more sustainable energy future.
