Lee Chien Xiang plays a key role in safeguarding TNB’s interests through his work in Project Insurance. As an Executive, he supports the management of insurance strategies, claims and risk exposures across major projects, contributing to stronger operational resilience across the organisation.

Early in his career, he has stepped beyond his core scope — advising on operational insurance matters across divisions and supporting claims processes that protect TNB’s value. Known for his warm and approachable nature, Chien Xiang works closely with stakeholders, brokers and insurers, building strong relationships while navigating complex risk landscapes.

Beyond his professional role, he is a familiar and confident presence as a master of ceremony, often bringing energy and ease to events. From representing TNB in volleyball to contributing to engagement initiatives, Chien Xiang reflects a well-rounded personality and a genuine commitment to connecting with people beyond the workplace.
