More Than Just the Role

At just 25, Sinega a/p Kandiah is already making her mark as part of TNB’s growing digital talent pool. As an Executive in OT Security Architecture, she contributes to safeguarding critical infrastructure, supporting efforts to strengthen cyber resilience in an increasingly complex landscape.

Early in her career, she has stepped beyond her core scope, leading technical components in inter-unit projects and coordinating initiatives such as standardising firewall practices across TNB. Known for her collaborative and dependable nature, Sinega actively contributes across teams, from system projects to engagement initiatives, while also playing a role in organising the ICT E-Sports Thundercup 2025.

Outside of work, she serves as a part-time trainer at Negeri Sembilan Shorin-Ryu Karate Academy, reflecting her passion for developing others both within and beyond the organisation.
